Guidelines for Displays

• Displays are by invitation from the Society only. Typically, exhibitors will be publishers of Evangelical works on preaching. Other appropriate organizations may be considered.

• Each exhibitor will sponsor a reception within the program of the Society's annual meeting. Co-sponsorship (shared cost) is possible if enough exhibitors attend. Sponsorship is $300.00. Those who attend the meeting will be informed of the exhibitor's sponsorship. Remittance for the sponsorship will be due to the Society ten days prior to the first day of the annual meeting.

• Exhibitors may sell materials from the display or take orders to be shipped, provided that the host institution permits such sales. Discounts and clear policy for professional examination copies are encouraged.

• All displays must comply with the space and location provided. This may vary, depending on location, but typically displays will be located together in one area. A table and electricity may be provided upon request. Any other equipment must be provided by the exhibitor.
